The flat has newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and the views are astounding. The boats coming in and out of our important port are clearly visible from home. The long balcony allows plenty of light into the flat. The building has a live-in caretaker.
The world reknown Las Canteras beach, which is a mere 30 minutes walk from home or 10 or 15 minutes on the bus, is only one of the three beaches in town. A market, supermarkets, football pitches, a health centre, the central hospital, chemists, schools, shops, parks and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.
