It is a very warm and inviting home, friendly neighborhood, and close driving proximity to many attractions.

Tamalpais State Park 10 minutes, Wine Country 45 minutes, San Francisco 25 minutes, Yosemite 4 hours, Lake Tahoe area skiing and summer recreation 3 hours, Monterey/Carmel Pennisula 2 hours. Hiking, golf, public tennis courts and pool, shopping, restaurants and cafes, and town all within walking and biking distance. Bikes, body boards, beach chairs, towels, tennis rackets, and camping gear are available upon request. A car trade is possible.
