Lovely 4 Bed home in AKRANES, Iceland

We live in a village about 40 mins outside Reykjavik.
Our house was built just 4 years ago and is over 320 sqm in total (with garage). The living room includes an open fireplace and a big window to a spectacular view to the mountains as well as overseeing an 18 hole golfcourse which is just 2-3 min walk from our house.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two of them are very spacious or just over 17 sqm, the other two are around 10 sqm. The kitchen is very modern and spacious and very well equipped. We have one bathroom and one WC. The bathroom is equipped with both bath tub and showers (2). We also do have a terrace with jacuzzi and grill.

The Town of Akranes is a quiet town with about 6000 inhabitants and our house is located at the outside boundary of the town in a no-through road. The town is very friendly and secure, and of course very child friendly.
