Anzere is a typical Swiss alpine village on 1500m. Residence Rosalp is a luxury châlet built 1991 and is situated on level with the original village (5 min walk to shops). The 8-seater Cabin lift is 15 minutes walk away.
Rosalp 316 is our winter home and completely equipped and regularly refreshed. The apartment is renovated the dining area extended. Under the building we have a garage box with direct access to the 3rd floor by elevator. At garage level there is a laundry room with modern washer and dryer. The view from the apartment is 180 degrees unobstructed over the alps. The south balcony has 6 chairs plus sunchairs.
The media include radio/CD a DVD player and big screen flat TV (cable 7 languages) and a WiFi connection to the Internet.
