Ancient farmhouse recently restored, in the heart of Tuscan Maremma, 18 km from beautiful sandy beaches, very close to famous and exclusive seaside resorts such as Punta Ala 30km. The farm is ideally placed to start interesting day trips to historical towns such as Siena 68km, Pisa and Florence 130km, Rome 220km, and also enjoy the fantastic nature of the surroundings like Elba Island 2 hours and National Park of Maremma 40km.
The cottage is bifamiliar and our apartment has a nice small terrace with a beautiful view. There is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the resort there is a shared swimming pool, table tennis, tv with satellite channels. Ten minutes away shops, golf, tennis court, horse riding.
