Our home is a ground floor villa built in 1929 in the residential Grange area of Edinburgh. It is within walking distance from central Edinburgh across a park.
Kitchen, dining room, conservatory, sittingroom, day room/bedroom, master bedroom, third bedroom, bathroom, toilet, gas central heating, double glazing. There are gardens at the front and back.
Our son lives in Edinburgh and is available to assist with anything. We have great neighbours.

Edinburgh, being the capital of Scotland has a number of art galleries, museums, and theatres, and every shop you can imagine!It is particularly special for Christmas and Hogmany with street events, torchlight processions and ceillidhs.
During August and September the famous International Festival of music and all the arts,and the Tattoo are happening in Edinburgh.
The hills and the countryside are within walking distance too.
