It is a large 1 bed apt of 780 sq feet with high ceilings and a balcony to rear off the kitchen. Currently a one bed (we intend to expand it into two beds in future) it can comfortably accomodate a family of 4-5. We have a large sofa bed in living room and also an additional self inflating double bed. Apt is in average condition but is in great location close to all amenities. We keep an automatic car near by in an underground car park 3 mins from flat and this would be available too
