Lovely 3 Bed home in Berkeley, USA
Lovely brown shingle three story townhouse in the Berkeley hills with three decks and no yard maintenance. Very near to the University of California, Berkeley and the well known "gourmet ghetto" of Berkeley. A short 20 minute trip by BART (public transport) to San Francisco and one hour from the wine country (Napa and Sonoma Valley) of northern California. Within short travel distance of the entire Bay Area.
The house is tastefully appointed and comfortable. There is a local park one-half block away with a playground for very young children and a baseball field for older children. There are nice views of the San Francisco Bay from the house. Since I do not exchange my car, a car would be necessary. A house cleaner is provided every other week.
