This is our primary home with everything one needs to be comfortable. Great view of the Delaware Bay from front deck and sunsets over the Prime Hook wild life refuge from back deck. Day trips can be made to N.Y., Philly, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Chesapeake Bay. My 6 seater suv is available.
Slaughter Beach is a small community with mainly summer homes. We have a Catamaran and kayaks which can be pushed off our beach at high tide. We are 20 mins. from the seaside towns of Rehoboth and Lewes and 20 mins. from shopping outlets. Delaware has no sales tax.
