Lovely 3 Bed home in DAVIS, USA

Situated in California's fertile Central Valley, Davis is home to the University of Calfornia. It is a typical college town but with a bent toward families: a charming downtown, with numerous restaurants and bookstores, a Farmer's Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, an engaged and educated populace, and many activities and events for children and adults. The town is about 2 hours away from San Francisco, the beach, and Napa Valley toward the west, and about the same driving time to the Sierra Nevada to the east. It is 20 minutes to the state capital. Our house is a typical 1960s "California ranch" home with mature vegetation front and back. It is in a quiet but quite friendly neighborhood. The kitchen and the two public areas of the house have recently been remodeled. New appliances, big skylights. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom, a twin in Peter's room, and a futon in the family room for spillovers. We are 10 minutes from downtown and UC Davis by bike, and within easy walking distance to grocery stores. We have several bikes of different sizes and a bike trailer for carting around little ones.
