It is a spacious detached centrally heated house of character with lawned and tree lined gardens grounds of about a half an acre and occupying a pleasant position on the edge of the old town of St Columb. Also being within easy reach of the town centre and all shopping amenities, the property enjoys fine views of nearby timbered countryside. The North coast with its many fine sandy bays is within easy reach with the nearest beach being Mawgan Porth bay about 4 miles away.
The holiday resort of Newquay is near and Padstow is about 8 miles away. There are many lovely restaurants including Rick Steins and Jamie Olivers Fifteen.
