Excellent transport links - just 20 minutes to central London on underground and 15 minutes to Victoria Station on overland train.
Our house is 5 mins walk from Balham centre, which has dozens of great restaurants. Tooting Common is a couple of minutes’ walk away, and is lovely for a bit of greenery and fresh air after a day’s sightseeing. It also has an outdoor swimming pool (the lido), which is very popular in the summer.
