3 bdrm house, small deck w/barbecue and view of local hills, porch at front entrance. Located in wooded area (deer munch on our flowers), yet we're 10 minutes from downtown Eugene.
House has 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, large family room upstairs - small one downstairs, small living room, large kitchen. Three televisions.
Walking and biking trails within walking distance from house. One hour from coast, 2 hrs from Portland, 2 hrs from Crater Lake, 2-3 hrs from Willamette, Hoodoo or Mt Bachelor ski resorts. Lakes and rivers near by. Car and 2 bikes available, also close to bus line. Eugene is a very diverse and multi-cultural small community. It is the home of the University of Oregon, the Hult Center for Performing Arts, Prefontaine's Trail and many outdoor sports and activities.
