Lucan, Ireland

My home is a 14 year old modern house in settled residential area. House is situated at end of cul de sac, excellent location for access to city and motorways for access to all parts of Ireland. Phoenix Park is 10 mins by car, 10 mins west by car and countryside begins! Large shopping malls within 10 mins drive, Lucan Village 5 min by car, 20 min walk. Bus public transport 4 min walk from my house, bus journey to downtown 25 mins, take the car at peak times 60 -80 mins!

I have a cat who will be staying for the April visit, however, if you would prefer not to have her around that can be arranged.
