Spacious single-story home with pool, sport court and half-acre lush garden, 20 minutes from beaches on the Pacific coast, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego.
We have two big scaredy-cats who are very skittish around strangers, so exchangers must be gentle cat-lovers.
Our house has big airy rooms, and a new kitchen. Gardeners come every week, house cleaners every two weeks, pool service each week. Two cars available, one an automatic.
San Diego is a world-renowned destination with great attractions, beaches, and wonderful restaurants in every price-range. In our home town, Poway, we have excellent shopping and restaurants of every kind in easy reach, as well as loads of golf, water sports, beaches, hiking, and birding.
