The house is situated on the NSW and Queensland border, 1 hour south of Brisbane. The climate is semi tropical so even in Winter the weather rarely falls below 20 C during the day.
We are 5 mins from the beach, 30 mins from all the various theme parks ie Sea World, Movie World etc. There is also fishing, golfing, tennis, bush walking, surfing, lots of social clubs with inside activities and the list goes on, Whale watching May - November.
Local airport 10 mins away with cheap flights to all major cities.
