House is in the heart of one of the most exciting cities in the world, only 5 minutes walk from one of the main Tokyo stations. While the house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, the surrounding area has shopping and restaurants in abundance. A good base to explore Tokyo or catch the bullet train to visit other areas, such as Kyoto. First class public transport very close and easy to use - no car required. We can leave full instructions for non-Japanese speakers. For those with children, we can recommend a long list of child-friendly destinations, including Tokyo Disneyland within one hour's travelling time. There are also many cultural and historic sights within easy reach. Japan is a fascinating and unique place.
