Our home is situated in a village on the banks of the river Yealm in what is described as an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have two double bedrooms (one en suite) and two large bedrooms with single beds.
We have two cats, Felix and Archie, who are both very friendly. We can arrange for neighbours to feed the cats if you wish to go away for a few days.
We are 8 miles from Plymouth and 37 miles from Exeter and within 10 minutes drive of the nearest beach. The north coast of Cornwall and its surfing beaches can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car. Bristol/Bath are approximately a 2 hour drive and London is accessible by train or car. Yealmpton is an ideal location for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
