Our property is on the edge of Wellington City. 10 minute walk to vibrant Courtney place,Te Papa (National Museum), the Harbour , Oriental Parade, and City Centre. It`s very close to the ferry terminal for trips to the South Island. Wellington itself is a beautiful area and surrounded by plenty of walking areas for those liking walks from easy to very challenging. The house itself is located on the edge of the Green Belt with the entrance to a walk to Mt Victoria less than 50m from the front door. Restaurants abound and cafes are a speciality of Wellington.
