Four bedroomed house located in Comberton, 5 miles South East of the famous University town of Cambridge which is full of beautiful architecture.
The main bedroom has its own en suite shower room. There is a small garden which is south facing & a sun room. We have a kitchen/ diner which is spacious & modern.
Comberton is a small village with a Post Office/general store, butchers, doctors surgery, dentist & village pub. It has its own 18 hole golf course & tennis courts, squash club & all weather football pitches. It has its own fitness centre which offers aerobic classes, pilates as well as a fitness gym.
The surrounding countryside is rural with many good restaurants & village pubs & many footpath walks.
Cambridge is 10 minutes away by car & there is a regular bus service into the heart of the city. There is also a cycle path from the village centre into Cambridge - we have 2 well maintained bikes in our garage.
Cambridge is 40 minutes by train from London & 80 minutes by car from the Norfolk Broads and the East Anglian coast.
We are also 20 minutes by road from Stanstead International Airport which has daily flights to the whole of Europe.
