Lovely 4 Bed home in Ilheus/Itacare, Brazil

Beautiful home recently refurbished in front of the sea, surrounded by palm trees. Tropical paradise located in the South of Bahia state, situated between Ilheus and Itacare. Easy access from Ilheus airport.

The house itself is airy, spacious and simply furnished. The downstairs is largely open plan with a beautiful hand made dining table that seats around 10 people. There is also a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The living area opens into a large veranda with shade from the sun and hammocks to relax in. The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven and fridge/freezer. Just outside the kitchen is an utility area with a washing machine.

When we are there we spent most of our time outside in the veranda! The large garden is a haven for local birds, and small monkeys are often seen in the area.

There is a lovely wooden open staircase leading to an airy landing which overlooks the sea. There are 3 bedrooms off the landing (1 en suite) and a further bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and are very airy.
