Our 10 year old three bedroom home is modern, low maintenance and has a small, easy-care garden.
Situated in the quiet suburb of Beckenham near the Port Hills of Christchurch, the local shops, library, post office and public transport are all within a 5 minute walk.
The attractions of the centre city are 10 minutes by car and you can be at the beach in 20 mins or skiing in the Southern Alps within 1.5 hours.
Christchurch provides an excellent gateway for exploring the many wonders of the South Island and trips further afield are easily accessible from Christchurch International Airport- half an hour away by car.
