Located in the heart of the city , 15 minutes walk from Princes Street in the fashionable area of Leith. Just a few minutes from restaurant, shops, bars and cafes. Two bedrooms (1 king and 1 single - there is a double sofa bed in the lounge).

Apart from its historic architecture and imposing castle, Edinburgh is famous for its festivals in August and for Hogmany celebrations (New Year). But at any time of the year it is a great place and is a good base to explore the rest of Scotland.
