Lovely 3 Bed home in Telford, England

We are in Aqueduct, Telford which is a small and quiet residential estate about 10 minutes drive from Telford town cente. Ironbridge Gorge is about the same distance the other way. There are many interesting walks, activities and facilities close by. An ideal location to explore beautiful Shropshire. 30 minutes to Shrewsbury, 40 minute to Ludlow, about an hour to Ellesmere. 2 hours to the North Wales coast. Telford itself is very modern and provides numerous activities, cinema, swimming, ice skating, Tenpin bowling, Hoo Farm, Ray's Farm, Raf Cosford, golf, theatres, restaurants etc.Ideal family location, with numerous child - based activities. However also ideal for couple - based peaceful quiet country \ walking holiday as close to Ironbridge Gorge and other scenic \ historic locations . Telford is also ideally situated for Birmingham if city life is of interest, and as we are in the Midlands, it is within easy travelling distance of many other areas of the UK.
I have had experience of exchanging twice ( not my own home but that of friends !!) and the said friends and members of my family close by are well experienced in supporting exchangers.
Our house is modern and well equipped with usual facilities . Ground floor consists of entrance porch, large lounge\dining room, inner hallway leading to stairs, shower room and kitchen \ diner. There is a large dining suite with 6 chairs in the lounge \ dining room and a dining table and four chairs in the kitchen \ diner.Upper floor consists of 2 double bedrooms one with double bed and one with high sleeper and chair bed underneath. The third bedroom is a single but has a double futon . Upstairs bathroom \ loo.We have a smallish garden with brick barbecue and a patio \ table and chairs.
