You can walk to the River Thames with it's great pubs (15 mins), Kensington High Street with all the shops (20 mins) and Hyde Park (30 mins). There's also "Westfield" the largest innercity shopping centre in Europe in nearby Shepherd's Bush (25 min walk). By car there is really easy and quick access to the M4 and M40 motorways.
