Our house is in a village, in the big city of Derby.

Derbyshire itself is one of the best counties in England for the love of outdoors person, with the Peak District being a big highlight.

Derby is in the centre of England and is an ideal base if you want to explore more of our country than just london.
The nearest train station is 5 minutes away from our house by car, and will take you to our capital of London in less than 2 hours.

Big cities close by with a travel distance of less than an hour are :
Nottingham, Sheffield, Birmingham, Manchester plus a lot more smaller cities too.

We are only a 20 minute drive away from the world famous Alton Towers theme park.

The nearest airport is located in Derby itself, being East midlands airport, 20 mins away from our house. Birmingham and Manchester airport are also an hour travelling distance away.

There's lots of shopping, activities, shows and great places of interest to visit in Derby or very close by. We have an asda wallmart a 2 minute walk away.

A modern, cosy house kept in very good condition. Comprises of: hall, kitchen, very spacious lounge, conservatory, 3 bedrooms, bathroom. a beautiful well kept garden, lots of storage space.
We also offer full use of our car, which is a convertable.
