Lovely Village Atmosphere
Mine is a modest, newly renovated, three bedroom home in a lovely quiet street in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay. At the end of the street there is a general store and the village is just over a kilometre away. Here you will find a variety of boutique shops, a supermarket, lots of outdoor cafes, several banks and postal facilities, a library, cinema complex, swimming pool complex, churches etc.
Havelock North is between the twin cities of Hastings and Napier. Both are Art Deco in architectural style and Napier is at the coast. Both can be reached within 15-20 minutes.Cruise ships visit Napier in the summer months. Havelock North was voted "Best suburb in New Zealand" in October 2017!
This is the wine region!! There are lovely opportunities for dining at wineries.
The world renowned Cape Kidnappers Golf Course is nearby.
