Sunny family home in peaceful cul-de-sac in central Totnes

Our house is a 1940s end of terrace house with garden and parking, located near to the river in the centre of Totnes. Totnes is an ancient market town situated on the River Dart in South Devon with twice weekly markets; individual shops and restaurants; good walks and cycle routes into the surrounding countryside and good public transport being on the main London to Penzance train line.

Within an half hour drive: South Devon beaches; holiday resorts of Torquay and Paignton; harbour towns of Brixham, Dartmouth, Salcombe; Plymouth and Exeter; Dartmoor National Park; and then Cornwall, about an hour away.

Our house is a 5 min walk to the high street and the river, 15 mins walk to the train station and 10 mins to pool/sport centre.

The house is clean and characterful, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac away from all traffic and noise. There are 3 large double bedrooms (one in the attic with stacker beds as well as king double) and a single room currently with a toddler bed in it. There is a garden at the front that gets light all day and south facing courtyard to the back which is good for sitting/eating in.

We are a family with two children (7 and 3) so the house is child-friendly throughout, as is the location; excellent library, park, play cafes all within walking distance should you need.

Our car is a Volkswagen Polo which seats 5, available for European exchanges. Parking is available.
