Our 3-bedroom stone cottage is situated centrally in the historical Fife village of Falkland. Falkland has immense character with cobbled streets, coffee shope, pubs, eating places, craft shops, a 9 hole golf course, cricket and tennis clubs. Falkland Estate is the perfect peaceful location for walking. St Andrews is a half an hour drive whilst the capital, Edinburgh, can be reached within 45 minutes, making Falkland the perfect base.

We have wireless internet, brand new fitted kitchen/dining room, large garden with patio and decking area. We have 2 cats in residence (optional!)
