Lovely 3 Bed home in Burntisland (25 mins from Edinburgh), Scotland

We have a lovely cottage-style home in Burntisland, Fife. The location is 25 minutes on the train from Edinburgh and our house is a 10 minute walk from the train station. We also have a nice beach 10 minutes away and a lovely coastal path to several beautiful Fife beaches.

The property has three bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is one bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. We have a large garden to the rear which is grassed with a small patio with tables and chairs for eating outside.

We have all modern appliances and entertainment in the house - inclduing dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, computer with wireless internet, sky TV, BTVision etc
