We have a lovely spacious house, 15 years old, at end of quiet close in the gem town of Cockermouth. Cockermouth is on the edge the beautiful lake district with easy access by foot, bike or car to all of the national park. The location is very peaceful but only 10 mins walk to the vibrant town centre containing an excellent range of pubs and restaurants. The house has all modern facilities, a large lounge, kitchen with table seating 8, utility room, dining room, large conservatory with amazing views over the town, 2 double bedrooms with en suites and showers. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed and the other double room also has a sofa bed so can actually sleep 2 adults and 2 children if required. 2 single bedrooms upstairs along with main bathroom with large bath and walk in shower. 1 music room downstairs with piano drums etc. Large double garage full of stuff, bikes running machine and cycling trainer. Our garden is on several levels, the top bit having a nice seating area again, with lovely views.
