Lovely 4 Bed home in Coalgate, New Zealand
Our property, Tudor Gardens, currently operates as a Bed & Breakfast (but that closes down when we're away!!).
Coalgate is a small village of around 500 and is located about 45" drive from Christchurch. The main shopping area is Darfield which is 8 miles up the road and is served by a small supermarket, restaurants and everything most people need. A typical rural town!! We undertake most of our shopping in Christchurch!
The house is on several levels (but not multi-story) and situated on an acre of land with lots of lawn, garden and orchard. We have wireless and broadband. For heating we have two heatpumps and a log burner. You won't freeze!! Double garage and car exchange is an option. A spa and swimming pool are available for use.
