We live in a lovely 150 year old cottage in the village of Dore near Sheffield (3 miles) and a 10 minute drive from the Peak District National Park.
The cottage is set in its own gardens, has a large family dining kitchen (with adjacent utility and shower room/loo), 2 sitting rooms (one with an open fire and the other a woodburner) and 4 bedrooms. We have 2 adult and 3 children's bikes available.
Dore village is a 10 minute walk from our home with excellent local amenities. The nearby Peak District park is a beautiful area with fantastic opportunities for walking and climbing. Several historical houses are also nearby such as Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall. Sheffield is well placed for visiting other regions.
