Our home is set on 4 acres and zoned forest residential. We are about 4kms from the Woodend township which has everything you need.
Our home is a reasonable size and consists of 4 bedrooms, study, formal living and dining room, family room, kitchen, meals area, two bathrooms, one with bath and a separate toilet. We have an 'ornamental dam out the back but the water level is low due to the drought.The property has a garage and small shed. Being away from the township, we have tank water and a septic toilet system, not that you would know.
We are close to Hanging Rock, plenty of wineries, Mount Macedon and good/fine restaurants. Also, a short drive to the "Spa Country". A good community, with friendly people and good choice of schools and activities.
We are commutable distance from Melbourne CBD by car or fast train.
