Lovely 3 Bed home in Dishforth near Thirsk, England

Yorkshire is a beautiful area with many tourist attractions. Our modern semi-detached house is in a quiet village just off the A1, the major truckroad linking London to Edinburgh. It is a semi-rural location with the nearest facilities about 5-10 minutes drive away.

Amongst the local tourist attractions is the World Heritage Site Fountains Abbey. Access to the Yorkshire Dales and Yorkshire Moors for those who enjoy walking, and the historic cities of Ripon and York. It's about an hour's drive to the coast. Rail links from York to Scotland and London - both about 2 hours away.

We have friendly neighbours in our cul-de-sac, many of whom have children. 2 double bedrooms (1 has an ensuite shower room) and a single with pull-out bed making this a twin.

We have gas central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and combination microwave. The sitting room has an open fire and logs are supplied if you wish to use this facility. We have TV, DVD player and freeview TV which gives a wider choice of channels (similar to cable). There is an internet radio in the master bedroom so you could keep in touch with home!
