Lovely 4 Bed home in Helensville, New Zealand

Our home is a 14yr old 4 bed, hardiboard oak finished kiwi bungalow which we have updated. It has two double bedrooms one with en-suite, one bunk and one single. The large living area is open plan with views of the Kaipara harbour and rolling countryside with large doors opening onto veranda and spa pool. Also toys, sandpit and trampolene. 1 cat, 7 chickens & 2 sheep but these can be cared for by others if needed.

We have a great community spirit here on the peninsula and some of our neighbours provide home grown produce and organic preserves. The beach is just 3km drive which has a wharf, cafe, 2 playgrounds & reserve. Golf course 5 mins away. The city is within 1hrs drive with plenty of beautiful places to visit all over NZ.
