My house is a large pole home in a rural area,with surrounding mountainous views,with verandah most the way around the house,and only half hour from pristine beaches.It is a sub tropical area,with many beautiful national park areas for walking.The nearest town is 17 kilometres away,and a car would be recommended.There are many fine restaurants in the nearby town,but only 40 minutes away is Australia's famous Gold Coast with abundant tourist attractions.My home is private,with a lovely swimming pool,and surrounding gardens.The house has 3 separate bedrooms and a mezzanine area that has a queen bed.The house has 2 bathrooms,one being an on suite.The rest of the house is very open plan.I do have 2 dogs and 2 cats,that require minimal care,just a smiling face and warm heart.
