Lovely 3 Bed home in Tannum Sands, Australia

Our home is a large 2 storey brick home with extensive ocean views. It is very comfortable and well maintained with wooden floors throughout. We built it in 1991 and have lived here ever since because we love it. It's lovely to be so close(3streets)to the sea and to hear the sea at night.

Whilst ours is a quiet little town it is only 20mins drive from the city of Gladstone where u can take a launch/helicopter to Heron Island, a world class tourism spot with amazing snorkelling and diving. It is also only minutes from the Boyne River and Lake Awoonga, 10 miles of walking tracks, kayaking(u can use our kayaks)and picnics and free barbeques. Also there's our wonderful climate and sunshine.

We've also just added a salt chlorinated swimming pool. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and 1 has a single and rollout bed.

u could use our car(2009 toyota sedan).
