Lovely 4 Bed home in Wellington, New Zealand
Our home is a lovely warm sunny family home with pool. We are 12 minutes drive to the city center in a friendly neighbourhood. We are nestled in the hillside of one of Wellington's loveliest suburbs, Khandallah. The house was designed in the 1970's by one of Wellington's best known architects Gordon Moller and has all the characteristics of that period. There is an internal access garage on the ground level with the laundry. The remainder of the house is across 1.5 levels. We have 4 bedrooms, master with an ensuite and a loft area. Our pool is usually heated December to April. The property gets the last of the setting sun and is a wonderful family home. A lot of the house is still original and has an open, easy to live in feel.
