The ground floor apartment is packed full of original features and furniture reflecting both the arts and crafts and art nouveau period giving you a warm open atmosphere, with a very friendly fat cat and great neighbours. There is a large dining room; a conservatory and a drawing room to relax in. A second double bed sofa is available for one of the public rooms

We are 11 miles from St. Andrews (home of golf and Scotland's 600 year old university), 45 miles from Edinburgh (world's biggest new year party, Fringe and Arts Festival and medieval castle to boot) and similar distance from the Highlands (Ahh Braveheart, Skiing and hiking).

Dundee city is a small city situated on one of the most beautiful estuaries in the world, with its own bustling atmosphere, theatres, cinemas, contemporary arts centre, science centre and dance centre not to mention numerous bars, restaurants and pubs. Its also 5 minutes in any direction to the countryside.
