Centrally situated in Lewes, the historic county town of Sussex, my end of terrace town house is set on a quiet twitten (path) above and back from the road, and overlooking a park. There is a paved pot garden and parking for a small car (mine is a Yaris).

Interesting shops and eating places are in walking distance, as is the station and bus stop. Set in the lee of the South Downs, Lewes is ideal for walkers. Brighton (8 miles) offers theatre and buzz.

The house is beautifully furnished but homely. Open plan ground floor with Aga in kitchen and living flame gas fire in sitting area. One double, one single bedroom.
