The apartment is situated in Quesada, Guardamar and very close to ALICANTE city (you can reach TORREVIEJA in 20 minutes by car.) All amenities are open all year round which include an eighteen hole golf course, tennis courts, bowling green and Quesada Country Club. If you are unfamilar with the area, use the link below to read more about the area and where you can go while you stay. The typically Spanish town of Rojales is only a few minutes away. Rojales is a beautiful town which sits on the Segura River.

It's a quiet residential area and very peaceful where we are but with restaurants/pubs/golf course that you can reach by a 15 minute walk or a short car journey.

The local seashore is Guardamar Beach (see pics of beach 10mins drive away). It's a long beautiful pine forest beach which warm and clean waters invites you to take a dip or to relax taking a sunbathe. It has free parking. There are also lots of other beaches along the coast that are well worth a visit.
Recommended beaches are: Guardamar, Caba Roig, La Marina, and La Mata

We leave a pack of all the suggested places to visit while you are here including Quesada Aquapark, Safari park, shopping centre etc.

It takes about 30 mins to get to Alicante and 35 mins to Murcia all great for exploring and shopping! In an hour and a quarter you can get to to Benidorm where you could go for a day out to visit places such as Terra Mitica Theme Park, The Benidorm Palace show, Mundomar or Aqualandia.
