Lovely 3 Bed home in Livermore, USA

Sunny, friendly house, large living room with doors onto patio, kitchen and family room with flat screen TV, DVD etc.Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Lots of books, games, doors onto patio. Two picnic tables and lots of chairs, beautiful garden, large pool and hot tub.

Many good restaurants in Livermore and in the local wineries. Plays, concerts in the vineyards. Wild, hilly countryside all around - great hiking and biking. Easy drives to coast and mountains. Fast train to San Francisco.

We also have a cottage in the Sierra Nevada at 7,500 ft. which could be available for a visit.
