Lovely 3 Bed home in Ajijic (Chapala), Mexico
Small village in a string of 9 contiguous villages known collectively as "Lakeside" on the north shore of the largest lake in Mexico, in the mountains at 5,000 ft. In the "high" season of our winter, about 10% of population is English speaking, with perhaps 90% of the disposible income. Thus there is an abundance of restaurants, shops, services, etc, not usually found in a community of this size, although it retains its Mexican flavor.
Our home is open and bright with beautiful gardens. Guadalajara, 2nd largest city in Mexico, is an hour away by car or bus, the airport only 1/2 hour away. Maid and gardener 3 mornings a week. Two loving declawed, fixed house cats. Walk to village, shops, and restaurants, drive to many others.
