Lovely 4 Bed home in Bunbury, Australia
Our home is a large modern house in a fairly new housing development 10 kms south of Bunbury. Bunbury is a largish (by Australian standards) city with a population of approx 50,000 but unlike Europe we are not densely populated.
We have a family area and a home theatre both with large TVs. We have an integrated sound system which can be ducted to our large alfresco /patio/BBQ area which is my favourite area. This area ajoins our below ground pool and our poolside gazebo. The gardens and lawns are fully reticulated and the lawn mower is in the shed.
Bunbury is a 2 1/2 hour drive south of Perth and an hour from hundreds of wineries. The beautiful south west of WA is at our door step and our local beach is 150m away. It is not Sydney, that's why we like it. The famous Margaret River Winery area is 30 mins from our door step. As is the Karri Valley Forrest Area and wonderful surf beaches 60 mins away.
