City centre/downtown is about 10 minutes on foot. There is an underground (subway) station about 5 minutes away. Flat is fully furnished, all mod-cons (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, microwave), gas oven, television, DVD player, PC with 16 Mbit DSL connection and printer. 1 bedroom has a large double bed, the other has a single bed. There is also another fold-out double.
There is a cat to take care of (called Archie), he's very shy at first but gets used to visitors quickly. He's easy care. There are also 2 guinea pigs to feed :)
