Lovely 4 Bed home in Upton-upon-Severn, England

**LOOKING FOR ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN, PORTUGAL SUMMER 2012 - A POOL WOULD BE GREAT!**


A comfortable, clean family home with many facilities for families. The garden is large, not overlooked and includes a BBQ patio - a sun trap in the summer.

Within ten minutes walk is our village pub which serves excellent fish and chips! You can also walk to the river within five minutes.

We are on the edge of the Cotswolds, can see the Malvern Hills from our house and the Brecon Beacons are an hour's drive away. Stratford-on-Avon 45 minutes drive and Bath or Oxford are also within 1.5 hours drive. London is possible by train for a day trip, but we usually stay over for a night (can recommend a good family central hotel). We are also near to other family attractions, including the West Midlands Safari Park and the Cotswold Farm Park.

For children we have indoor and outdoor games rooms (the garage!) set up with PS-3, pool, table tennis and table football. There is also a trampoline in the garden with safety net, plus some swings and a slide.

Subject to insurance, we are happy to exchange our car.
