We have a widescreen TV, DVD and CD player. There is central heating & a combi boiler for unlimited hot water.

Edinburgh is home to the famous Festival held in August. We're only a 20 minute walk to the Royal Mile & all the tourist sites. In the neighbourhood there are many shops, banks, several wine merchants, video/DVD rental, and good cafes and restaurants, so you don't have to go far. We are 2 blocks from parklands (The Meadows) which has 2 playgrounds, tennis courts & pitch & putt golf links.
