Lovely 3 Bed home in Launton, England

Our house is situated in a village which has food shops, a Post Office and 2 pubs. It is 10 miles north of Oxford city centre and close to the market town of Bicester, with regular bus-services to both.

The house has two reception rooms with comfortable seating for 4/5 people and a separate dining room. We have a large, fully-fitted kitchen with the usual range of appliances. There is also a ground-floor toilet.

On the first-floor there is an attractive bathroom, a bedroom with a firm king-size bed, another with double bed and a third with a single bed. A comfortable bed is important to us and we hope you enjoy ours!

The house decor is interesting and warm, with rich colours and lots of pictures and books.

The garden is very attractive, in a courtyard style, with colourful planting and paved areas for relaxing or eating.

There are two adult cycles available for use and plenty of local cycle paths and country lanes to explore.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE NATURE OF OUR HOME MAKES IT UNSUITABLE FOR EXCHANGES WHICH INCLUDE CHILDREN OF ANY AGE.
