Maylands is 4km from the CBD and a 15 minute drive to the beach. Walk to train and buses. Walking distance to the Swan River with bicylce/pedestrian paths. Five minute drive to Mount Lawley's entertainment district with restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. Perth is also a great place to explore Western Australia-up to Broome and the Kimberley and down to the world renowned Margaret River wine region.

We have a 4WD you could use for camping trips/adventures. Western Australia also has one of the most spectacular wildflower displays in the world from June-November.
